摘要
目的 评价子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的应用价值。方法 对 1 2例子宫肌瘤患者行选择性栓塞子宫动脉。结果 栓塞后 8例月经量明显减少 ,1例绝经 ,6例压迫症状缓解。结论 介入治疗子宫肌瘤方法安全 ,创伤小 ,并发症少 ,能在短期内控制子宫肌瘤的临床症状 。
Objective To evaluate the value of embolizing uterus artery in the treatment of myoma of uterus. Methods Twelve cases with myoma of uterus were theated by embolizing uterus artery.Results All of the 12 patients with myoma of uterus were efficially controlled.No serious complication happened.Conclusion The treatment of myoma of uterus by embolizing uterus artery was safe,less complications,was proved to be an effective method.
