摘要
利用大量的实验数据对Chen等五个较为公认的流动沸腾换热系数关系式进行了系统全面的比较分析。结果表明,最经典的Chen关系式精度最差,不适于高干度或制冷剂或水平管小质量流速的流动沸腾计算;而Gungor-Wintcrton关系式较繁,应为新近更有效的关系式所代替。通过对比较结果的详尽分析,Lin-Winterton’s关系式有许多优点,精度高,具有更广泛应用范围。
Five widely quoted general correlations are analyzed and compared with a large data bank of nearly 5200 data for Water,refrigerants and organics,covering 9 fluids and 31 authors,both for saturated and for subcool-ed flow boiling in vertical and horizontal tubes/annuli.The results show that the Liu-Winter ton correlation has many advantages over the others.It applied to a wide range of fluids and conditions with a high accuracy,and can be used for saturated as well as for subcooled flow boiling.
