摘要
本文制备了细胞蛋白标准及其抗血清 ,采用ELISA方法测定了重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (rt -PA)中细胞蛋白含量 ,结果表明该法灵敏度好 ,能检测出产品中的微量细胞蛋白 ,对三个rt -PA样品检测合格。
Cellular protein and its antiserum were prepared and cellular protein in rt-PA was detected by ELISA method. This method is sensitive and can detect trace of cellular protein in rt-PA.
