摘要
本文对药品监督管理机关如何根据法律授权 ,依法如何规范抽象行政行为、具体行政行为 ,以及加强法律法规知识学习和行政执法的监督等作了初步探讨 。
Administration in accordance with the law is the basic principle for the Drug Administration Agency. To guarantee the drug quality is as important as to protect the legal rights of pharmaceutical industries. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision on administrative legislation and administrative sanction,so that the governments encroachment can be checked in time.
