摘要
目的 探讨张锡纯自制方的配伍规律 ,以便使其更好地指导临床用药。方法 对代表著作《医学衷中参西录》自拟方进行总结分析 ,探讨其制方规律。结果 其制方规律可概括为君臣有序、升降相因、五味化合、药专力宏、重视药对、顾盼周全。
Objective To explore characteristics in Zhang Xi-Chun's selfmade prescription, and to guide clinical application better. Methods Analysis and conclusion were made on prescriptions in Intergratlng Chinese and Western Mediclne to find its rules. Results The rules are as follow: Monarch drug over ministerial drug; Interaction of ascending and descending; Cooperation of five flavors; Simple medicine with strong power;Emphasis on drug pairs; Being comprehensive; Using of medical guide.
