摘要
目的 研究鞋用胶水和溶剂的急性毒性。方法 采用顶空气相色谱法对鞋用胶水和溶剂中有机物质进行成分定性分析 ,通过急性吸入毒性实验、急性眼刺激实验、急性皮肤刺激实验和皮肤过敏实验进行急性毒性的研究与评价。结果 各样品中易挥发的主要成分为甲苯、丁酮、汽油、醋酸乙酯、丙酮等 ,其急性毒性分级均为低毒。有 83 3%的样品对眼和皮肤表现为轻刺激性。皮肤过敏实验 ,除 1份样品为轻度致敏外 ,其余 7份样品均为弱致敏。结论 本省现使用的鞋用胶水和溶剂的急性毒性为低毒类 ,大部分样品对眼黏膜、皮肤存在刺激作用 。
Objective To study the acute toxicity of gluewater and menstruum during shoes manufacturing. Methods The organic components in gluewater and menstruum were qualitatively analyzed by head space gas chromatography. Acute inhalation toxicity test, acute eye irritation test, acute dermal irritation test and dermal sensitization test were carried on.Results Those samples ingredients easy to volatilize were mainly toluene, butanone, gasoline, ethyl acetate, acetone, etc. All of them were rated as low toxic for their acute toxicity. However, 83.3% of the samples were rated as light stimulus to eyes and skin. In the results of dermal sensitization test, only one sample was rated as light allergic, the rest seven samples were rated as low allergic. Conclusion The acute toxicity of gluewater and menstruum of shoes manufacturing in Fujian Province was rated as low toxic, the greater part of the samples being stimulant to eye mucosa and skin, low allergic for skin.
