摘要
在室内研制了一种可供较高温度、高矿化度油藏深部调剖用的HPAM/有机钛弱凝胶调驱剂。考察了组成变量和环境条件对弱凝胶形成及粘度的影响 ,得到了弱凝胶的典型配方如下 (单位mg/L) ;聚合物HPAM (M=1.8×10 7,HD =2 1% ) 10 0 0 ;有机钛交联剂J(以Ti4 + 计 ) 30 0 ;交联延缓剂Y 15 0 ;稳定剂WD 5 0。用矿化度 6 .0× 10 4 mg/L ,含Ca2 + +Mg2 + 12 0 0mg/L的水配成成胶溶液 ,适用pH值范围 5 .0— 8.0 ,最佳 pH值 6 .0 ,适用温度范围 6 0—80℃ ,70℃成胶时间为 3天 ,10天时粘度达到最高值 (12 2 0mPa·s) ,180天后保留粘度 92 0mPa·s。用矿化度和Ca2 + +Mg2 + 更高的水配制的成胶溶液形成的弱凝胶粘度和稳定性下降 ,最高矿化度应低于 10 .0× 10 4 mg/L。 10 0mL典型配方弱凝胶通过填砂管流出的时间 ,为相同浓度聚合物溶液的 16倍 (80s/ 5s)。
An HPAM/Ti 4+ weak gel as flooding fluid for indepth permeability control in reservoirs of higher temperature and high salinity is prepared in laboratory. The effects of composition variables and medium conditions on formation and viscosity of weak gel are investigaled and a typical formula for gelling solution is obtained: 1 000 mg/L HPAM( M=1.8×10 7 and HD=21%) +300 mg/L titanorganic crosslinker J(as Ti 4+ )+150 mg/L ratarder Y+50 mg/L stabilizer WD. The gelling solution is prepared in brine of salinity 6.0 ×10 4 mg/L and containing 1 200 mg/L Ca 2+ +Mg 2+ . Its pH value might be in 5.0-8.0 and the optimal pH value 6.0. It applies to reservoirs of 60-80℃. At 70℃ it gelates in 3 days, reaches the highest viscosity(1 220 mPa·s) in 10 days and maintains viscosity 920 mPa·s after 180 days. The viscosity and stability of the weak gel prepared in brine of higher salinity and content of Ca 2+ +Mg 2+ are lower and the brine salinity should be less than 1.0×10 5 mg/L. 100 mL of weak gel flows through a special sand pack in 80 sec, in comparison to 5 sec for polymer solution of same concentration and volume.
