摘要
根椐大型压缩机气阀阀片的失效形式 ,分析了气阀弹簧、压缩介质等因素对气阀寿命的影响。并通过损坏阀片、弹簧断口的金相组织观察 ,分析出疲劳裂纹的形成和发展过程。结合改进实例 ,提出了提高气阀使用寿命的途径。
The effects of the factors such as valve spring and compression agent on the service life of valves were analyzed based on the damage forms of valve sheets of large-scale compressors. By observing the metallurgic organization of the bad sheets and spring fracture, the formation and development process of fatigue cracking was analyzed. The main approaches for improving the service life of valves were presented combined with the improvement practical examples.
