摘要
采用先开环聚合后取代的方法合成了聚二苯胺磷腈 (PDAP) ,将PDAP与低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE)熔融共混制得PDAP LDPE复合材料 ,并对这种复合材料的热性能和流变行为进行了表征。结果表明 ,LDPE PDAP共混物具有比LDPE更高的热稳定性 ;HAAKE共混实验表明 ,随着PDAP组分的增加 ,加工粘度下降 ;动态流变实验说明 ,PDAP LDPE共混物是一种典型的假塑性流体 ,PDAP组分有利于增加共混物的加工弹性 ,降低体系的表观粘度 ;热重分析、共混扭矩分析以及动态流变实验都证明两个组分发生了相容。
Polydianilinephosphazene(PDAP) was synthesized by ring opening polymerization of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene to give polydichlorophosphazene followed by substitution reaction. PDAP/LDPE blends were prepared by melt blending of PDAP and LDPE.The thermal performance and flow behavior of the system were studied.PDAP/LDPE blends were much more stable than LDPE.HAAKE blending experiments showed that the viscosity decreased with the increase of PDAP. Dynamically rheological results showed that the blends were typically non Newtonian fluid. PDAP faciliated the increase of process elastics of the blends,lowered the apparent viscosity of the system.The compatibilization between PDAP and LDPE was verified by TGA,torque analysis and dynamically rheological experiments.
