摘要
在对粉煤灰、高岭土尾砂和瓷石尾砂工艺矿物特征研究的基础上 ,以 3种工业废渣为主要原料 ,加入一些通用的辅助原料 ,成功地研制出黑色的、透明的和其它颜色的工艺玻璃制品。通过 4个系列配方试验 ,确定了工艺玻璃的配方范围、废渣的适宜用量 ,并对熔制温度、尾砂颗粒度等相关工艺进行了探讨。试验配方中工业废渣用量达 60 %~ 65 % 。
On the basis of the study on the mineral characteristics of flyash, kaoline and china stone tai- lings, technological glass wares with transparence, black or other colors have been successfully developed by adding the above three industrial waste residues as main raw materials. Through four series of experiments on glass formulas, optimal formulas of technological glass and proper content of waste residues were established, and related processes of melting temperature and particle size of the tailings were also investigated. The content of the industrial waste residues in experimental formals amounts to 60%-65%, so the production cost is very low.
