摘要 为了改善中低品位矿湿法磷酸料浆过滤强度偏低的现状 ,针对不同浓度、不同温度的料浆 ,通过添加不同用量的絮凝剂 ,测得不同条件下的料浆絮凝沉降速度及优化操作条件 ,研究结果对中低品位矿湿法磷酸料浆的预处理及相关分离装置的设计有指导意义。 With a view to improving the present situation of low fitration rate of wet process phosphoric acid slurry from medium and low grade phosphate rocks, different quantities of flocculants are added in line with different concentrations and temperatures of the slurry, and the rates of sedimentation by flocculation of the slurry are determined under various conditions as well as the conditions for optimized operation. The results of the study have a guiding significance for the pre treatment of wet process phosphoric acid slurry from medium and low grade rocks and the design of relevant separation equipment.
