摘要
目的 :测定北沙参中豆甾醇的含量。方法 :用自动多步展开仪分离定量测定。结果 :对不同产地的北沙参用自动多步展开仪分离出豆甾醇等 14个组分 ,并用薄层扫描仪测定出豆甾醇的含量。结论
Objective:Contents of stigmasterol was determined in Glehnia littoralis F.Schmidt ex Miq Method:The stigmasterol was determined and isolated by Automated Multiple Development(AMD) Thin Layer Chromatorgraphy Scaning(TLCS).Results:Fourteen constituents were isolated from absolute alcohol extract of Radix Glehiae in different producing areas and stigmasterol contents of them were determined by AMD TLCS.Conclusion:This is an effectual method on appraisal quality of Radix Glehiae.
