摘要
目的回顾性分析总结该院 10年来用彩色多普勒超声诊断DVT的优势、不足之处和应注意的问题。方法 :患者 5 31例。均经彩色多普勒超声诊断并收入该院治疗 ,其中 6例行静脉造影对照。结果 :5 31例 5 6 5条肢体中确诊为DVT5 2 6例 5 6 0条 ,其中股青肿 3例 3条。确诊为深静脉血栓形成后遗症 5例 5条。绝大部分经保守治疗和个别必要的手术治疗效果良好 ,从而证明了彩超诊断的准确性。结论 :彩色多普勒超声诊断DVT及其后遗症完全可以替代静脉造影 ,为评价DVT疗效的最佳手段。
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the superiority and shortcomings of color duplex flow imaging (CDFI) for DVT diagnosis using date of our hospital in the recent 10 years retrospectively.Methods:There were 531 patients in our study.All the cases were diagnosed by CDFI and treated in our hospital,including 6 patients who were diagnosed by venography as control group.Results:Five hundred and twenty_six patients with 571 pieces of lower limbs were confirmedly diagnosed as DVT.Three patients with 3 pieces of lower limbs had phlegmasia caerulea doleus.Five patients with 5 pieces of lower limbs were confirmedly diagnosed as sequelae of DVT.Most patients who underwent conservative treatment and individual necessary operation had good effects,which proved the diagnostic accuracy of CDFI.Conclusions:CDFI can completely replace the venography in the diagnosis of DVT and it's sequelae.
