胎盘Hofbauer cell结构和功能的研究现状 被引量:7

摘要 Hofbauercell(HC)是胎盘中的巨噬细胞 ,它不仅与母胎间的物质转运有关 ,而且参与复杂的母胎免疫调节。HC分泌的细胞因子及表达的受体中部分有利于妊娠的继续 ,部分则对妊娠不利 ,其调控因素仍在探讨中。现将胎盘HC结构和功能的研究现状作一综述。
