固相萃取气相色谱法测定大米中多种有机磷农药残留量 被引量:18

摘要 目的 建立测定大米中有机磷农药残留量的方法。 方法 采用固相萃取技术对样品进行预处理 ,微量化学法气相色谱技术同时检测大米样品中甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乐果三种有机磷农药残留量方法。 结果 最小检出限分别为 :甲胺磷 0 0 1μg ,敌敌畏 0 0 2 μg ,乐果 0 0 2 μg ,回收率 :甲胺磷 96 3± 4 8,敌敌畏 10 0 0± 3 3,乐果 98 2± 2 8。  结论 固相萃取气相色谱法测定食品中的甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乐果农药残留量具有快速、灵敏、准确的优点 。 Objective To establish a detective method of residual contents of various organic phosphorus insecticide in rice. Methods Solid phase extraction gas chromatography(GC) was applied to determine the contents of methoxamine phosphate,DDVP and Rogor,These compounds were pro-extracted by microchemistry method.We used butylphenyl formate was selected as an extemal standard. Result The average recoveries of methoxamine phosphate,DDVP and Rogor were (96.3±4 8)% and (100 0±3 3)% and (98 2±2 8)%,respectively, The minimal limits of assay were 0.01μg,0 02μg and 0 02μg for methoxamine phosphate, DDVP and Roger. Conclusion We established the Solid state extraction gas chromatography method has merits of simple, rapid and accuracy in determination of the methoxamine phosphate, DDVP and Roger in rice, So that, it is suitable for popularized application.
