摘要
目的 :制订金熊胆安胶囊含量测定指标。方法 :样品经四氢呋喃冷浸 2次提取后 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定姜黄素的含量。结果 :采用该测定方法重现性良好。结论 :采用该法对样品中郁金所含姜黄素进行含量测定 ,可有效地控制原料和制剂的质量。
Objective: A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine curcumin in Jinxiong Danan caspule.Methods: The sample was macerated and extracted with cold tetrahydrofuran twice. A reversed-phase HPLC method was developed to determine curcumin in Jinxiong Dan'an Caspule. Results: This method had good repeatitive character. Conclusion: The method was sensitive and rapid to determine the content of curcumin derived from Radix Curcumae in Jinxiong Dan'an Caspule. It can be applied to control the quality of the raw material and preparation.
