摘要
目的：观察男性嗓音音调异常的手术治疗方法和效果。方法：对甲状软骨成形术Ⅲ型进行改进，治疗８例男性嗓音音调异常患者，随访３年观察其疗效。结果：８例患者手术矫治后嗓音均变为正常男性嗓音，随访３年发音稳定。结论：利用改良Ⅲ型甲状软骨成形术矫治男性嗓音音调异常疗效肯定，手术易掌握，对甲状软骨损伤小，有推广应用价值。
Objective:To study the surgical method for the anomalous tone in man voice. Method: Eight man with anomalous tone (age from 19 to 31 years old )were treated by surgery of type Ⅲ of thyroplasty from 1991 to 1997. Result: The tone voice become nornal man's voice after surgery and not changed in the 3 years follow-up in all 8 patients. Conclusion:The Ⅲ type of thyroplasty operation was effect for the anomalous tone of man voice. The procedure of surgery was discussed in this paper.
