摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济持续快速、健康、稳定发展,人民生活极大改善与提高。但自20世纪80年代中期以来,居民收入差距日趋扩大,已引起人们高度重视。该文分析了贫富差距状况及其可能引起的负面效应,并提出了诸如加大税收占GDP的比重,构建立体交叉税制体系等建议,以期使贫富差距维持在合理区间。
Since the reform and open policy was put into practice, our country has been developing rapidly, healthy and steadily, and the people抯 life has greatly improved. Since the 1980抯, the income disparity between the rich and the poor has been widening day by day which has greatly attracted people. This article analyses the present situation of the disparity between the rich and the poor and the negative effects it may causes. It also gives some advice on how to keep the disparity within a reasonable range, such as increasing the proportion of tax in GDP, building a tax system of grade separation and so on.
