摘要
本文主要讨论了聚醚的品种和不同当量对水基聚氨酯成膜材料热力学性能和使用性能的影响。结果表明:在聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚四氢呋哺二醇和聚己二酸丁二酯二醇等多种聚醚中,尤以聚四氢呋哺醚PTMG耐低温性、压花成型性和耐切割性最优。增加聚氨酯链段中硬段的浓度,可以提高涂层的离板性;将不同种类的聚醚共聚可显著提高成膜材料的综合性能。
The effect of different types and molecular weight of polyols on thermaldynamical properties and application properties of polyurethane was discussed in this paper. Comparison with properties of polyurethane prepared from different type of polyols ,such as polyethylene gly-col , polyproplene glycol , polybutylenr adipate glycol, polytetranrthyl glycol ( PTMG) ,and so on, polyurethane synthesized from PTMG exhibited excellent cold - resistance, good embossing and good anti - cutting properties. Another interesting results are that co - polymerization can great-ly enhanced the properties of polyurethane, the plating property of coatings is depentance on hard - segments content of polyurethane, higher hard - segments content results in better plating property.
