摘要
通过对工业纯钛的等离子弧的焊接工艺介绍 ,分析了钛的焊接要点 ,提出了钛在焊接时熔池和焊接区的保护措施 ,并从保护装置和喷嘴形式上做了改进 。
This paper introduced the welding procedure of plasma arc welding for pure titanium. It analyzed the key points of welding quality for titanium and pointed out the protective measures of the welding pool and weld zone, and also showed the improved protective cover and nozzle. As a results, a satisfactory welded joint was obtained under using the reasonable specification.$$$$
