摘要
六种温度、五种相对湿度的不同组合试验结果表明,温度对野蚕黑卵蜂的个体发育及雌蜂第一天产仔数均有显著影响,而相对湿度对其影响则不显著。发育速率与温度间呈logistic曲线关系,雌、雄野蚕黑卵蜂的发育起点温度分别为12.3℃和12.2℃,有效积温分别为221.2日度和222.2日度。不同温度下的生命生殖力表研究表明,野蚕黑卵蜂产卵量高,内禀增长力大,理论稳定年龄组配中,未成熟期所占比例均超过95%。24—26℃、RH80—90%是大量繁殖的最适条件。
The present paper deals with the influence of temperature and relative humidity on the development, survial and reproduction of T. theophilae at six constant temperatures from 18 to 30癈 and five relative humidities from 50 to 90%.The temperature had a significant effect on the development and progeny numbers produced in the first day$ but the effects of relative humidity (RH) were not significant. The relationship between development rates and temperatures fitted the logistic cure; the developmental thresholds of male and female were 12.2 and 12.3℃; the thermal constant were 222.2 and 221.2 day--degree, respectively. The life and fertility tables showed that T. theophilae had a great fecundity, and a high innate capaticy for increase. The theoretical stable age distribution revealed that more than 95% of individuals were immature at all temperatures tested. Temperatures 24-26℃and RH 80-90% are the optimal conditions for breeding in laboratory.
