摘要
目的延长玻璃体切除眼内充填术后病人的有效体位 (面低枕高位 )维持时间 ,使病人舒适 ,减少术后复发率。方法随机将 10 0例玻璃体切除眼内充填术病人分成观察组和对照组 ,各 5 0例。观察组术后使用自制便携式额颏头位架维持俯卧位 ,对照组采用常规俯卧位。结果观察组有效体位维持时间明显延长 ,眼部充血、水肿 ,肢体麻木发生率及术后复发率明显低于对照组 (均 P<0 .0 1)。结论便携式多功能额颏头位架符合人体面部的生理弯曲 ,能够与额颏部完全吻合 ,使头位固定而不易滑脱 。
Objective To prolong the maintaining time of the effective posture to make the patients receiving vitreoretinal surgery more comfortable and reduce the recurrent rate following surgery. Methods 100 patients receiving vitreoretinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups ( n =50 each). The patients in the observation group applied the portable multifunctional front parietal or submental shelf to maintain the prone position, while those in the control group were in the routine prone position. Results The maintaining time of the effective posture in the observation group was obviously prolonged, and the incidence of the bleeding and edema of the eyes and extremity numbness, and the postoperative recurrent rate group was significantly lower than in the control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion Coinciding with the human facial physiological curve, the portable multifunctional front parietal or submental shelf completely met the front parietal of submental anatomy. The right required position kept by the front parietal or submental shelf was very firm and couldn't slide easily. It was very useful in clinical practice.
