摘要
研究了冬眠状态黄鼠与活跃状态黄鼠心肌在Rynodine ,Cd2 + 和低 [Na +]。作用下动作单位和收缩力的变化 ,实验表明黄鼠能随活动状态的不同而改变钙调节方式 ,在冬眠状态主要通过增强内源钙的利用进行钙调节。
The variation of action potential and contractility of ventricular muscle from hibernating and active Cittelus dauricus under the treatment by ryanodine and Cd 2+ and Na + was studied.The results indicated that Cittelus dauricus can vary the calcium regulation mode with different living states and hibernating Cittelus dauricus mainly depends on the utilization of inner source to regulate calcium.
