摘要
研究了胶悬剂中溴氰菊酯的浸出方法。采用低固定液涂量、短色谱柱、高柱温 ,气相色谱内标法测定胶悬剂中溴氰菊酯的含量。方法有良好的线性 ,回归方程为Y =0 .5 5 45X +0 .0 2 32 ,相关系数r =0 .9998。方法的RSD为 0 .9% ,回收率 98%～ 10 3% ,精密度和准确性均好。
A method for the determination of Deltamethrin in the colloidal suspension agent by gas chromatography was described.The Deltamethrin was extracted with dichloromethane and then determined by gas chromatography with 0.5 m packed column of 1.5% OV-17 stationary phase and dioctyl didecylate as internal standard. This method recoveries were 98～103 % and the RSD was 0.9%.As the result showed, the method was sensitive and precise for determining Deltamethrin in the colloidal suspension agent.
