抗高温抗盐降滤失剂SHK-AN的合成及性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 文章研究了采用硝酸氧解褐煤提高腐植酸含量、再磺甲基化并与丙烯腈接枝共聚的方法制备具有抗高温抗盐降滤失性能优良的石油钻井液助剂的合成工艺,通过泥浆电阻率、水化膨胀、钙离子、抗氯化钠能力及高温高压滤失量等性能的测试,证明SHK-AN是有较好的降滤失作用和抑制性能,适用于各种水基钻井液体系. The brown coal lignite has been axidized by acid, acid, and then copolymerizes graftedly with acrylo- itrile after sulfomethylation. Thus, the oil drilling fluid auxiliary agent with esisting high temperature and salt and reducing, the amount of filtering loss is acquired. Furthermore, in the experiments with slurry re- sistivity, hydrating expansion, calciumion resisting salt , the amount of filtering loss in high temperature and pressure and other properties , it is demonstrated that SHK - AN has a good function of reducing filter- ing loss and excellently inhibiting property, and can he widely used to various systems of waterbase drilling fluid.
