文章对知识管理加以界定和阐述,论述了知识经济时代引起的一场管理革命及知识管理的时代意义。深入挖掘了我国现阶段实施知识管理存在的问题和障碍,指出了政府应采取的应对措施。
This essay defines and elaborates the definition on knowledge management,discuss a management revolution caused by knowledge economic times and the times' significance of the knowledge management. Explain deeply existent problem and the difficult about the knowledge management. Which are car-ried out in our country's present stage,point out that our government should take steps counterpart measurements.
