The relations between feed grinding particle size and protein solubility, and that between feed grinding particle size and protein exodigestibility as well as the research situation of grinding particle size of swine feed, chicken feed, fish/shrimp food and ruminant feed were summarized. The research advance of the relation between feed ingredients/product grinding particle size and mill type, the opening size of screen and etc was expounded.
