摘要
本文以生态经济观点分析、探讨我国当前存在的严重环境问题。指出当前生态环境的恶化严重阻碍着我国的经济建设和农业的发展。呼吁人们应当正视现实:当今人类赖以生存的世界正处在生态危机之中,人类需要远见卓识,应当竭力奋起保护生态,拯救大自然,拯救人类自己。从我国的实际出发,提出控制和治理环境污染的措施和途径。最后着重论述了要全面抓好我国的生态经济建设。
This paper analyzes and probes the serious ecological problems existing in our country. Point- ing out that the deterioration of ecological environment has formed a great hindrance to the de- velopment of China's agriculture and its economic construction appealing to people to face the re- ality that the world on which human being depends is experiencing a grim ecological crisis. In or- der to save nature and the human kind, people must become foresighted and sagacious,and take immediate action to protect the ecological environment. Proceeding from our country's reality, the article puts forward a number of practical approaches and measures against environmental pollu- tion. As a summary, the article discusses the significance of developing eco-economics construc- tion.
