摘要
自动增益控制 (AGC)系统能够较好地防止因信号动态范围过大引起的接收机饱和或截止。由于工程应用中A D变换器的位数有限 ,使雷达接收机的输出动态范围受到了限制 ,而AGC可以压缩接收机的输入动态范围 ,使输出动态范围满足A D变换器的要求 ,所以它在雷达接收机中得到了广泛的采用。本文简要介绍了三坐标雷达的基本概念和三坐标雷达软件仿真系统的构成 ,结合该软件仿真系统的工作特点 ,主要探讨了一种在本系统中简便易行的AGC方法 。
AGC system can prevent the saturantion of receiver caused by strong signal. Because of the limited bits of A/D convertor in the engineering application,the dynamic range of radar receiver is restricted, while AGC can compress the input range,so it is widely used in receivers.In this paper, the basic concept of three-coordinates radar and the composition of our simulation software are introduced. Considering about the working specialities of this simulation system, a simple AGC algorithm is discussed, and its compression capability is evaluated.
