摘要
用多极电磁器试验研究了磁处理在原油脱水、防腊降粘,原油废水的净化及电磁防垢方面的作用。还对磁效应的机理进行了初步探讨。在磁通密度为0.10T时,原油的脱水率为11.7%;原油降粘率为30%;废水中含油率可下降91%,垢的沉积率可下降到55%。可使管线的清垢周期延长一倍。
Studies the effects of the magnetic treatment on dehydration of crude oil, wax avoidance and viscosity reduction, and purification of waste water and avoidance of scale formation. Under proper magnetic density, dehydration rate of crude oil is 12%; the reduction rate of crude oil viscosity is 30%; oil content in the waste water can be reduced by 90%; the deposit rate can be reduced to 55%.
