摘要
目的 :研究雷公藤多甙 (GTW )的抗雄性生育活性机制。方法 :给Wistar雄性大鼠灌服GTW 8周后 ,观察其睾丸、附睾形态及一氧化氮合成酶活性的变化。结果 :睾丸内的精子细胞及精子减少、曲细精腔缘出现病理形态的细胞及多核巨细胞。附管内可见精子断头及脱落细胞 ,睾丸间质细胞一氧化氮合成酶平均密度下降。结论 :雷公藤多甙的雄性抗生育作用对精子细胞及睾丸间质细胞等有影响。
Objective:To determine the male antifertility effects of GTW.Methods:After administrating GTW at 10mg/kg/d for 8 weeks,we analysed the changes of the testis and epididymis' morphology and the average light density of nitric oxide synthase.Results:The number of spermatids and spermatozoa in the testis was reduced,and some pathological cells and polynuclear giant cells appeared on the testicular germinal epithelium.Many heads of the spermatozoa and deciduous cells were found in the epididymal tubes,the average light density of the interstitial cell's nitric oxide synthase decreased.Conclusions:GTW's antifertility effects include the influences on the spermatids and the testis' interstitial cells and so on.
