探讨如何在尚未确定完整的定量信息的概念设计阶段实现计算机辅助设计产品可装配 /拆卸性分析的问题 .首先分析了概念设计的产品信息特点 ,提出定性装配模型的概念 ,该模型描述了零件间的装配关系和零件的定性形状 ;然后提出一种可装配 /拆卸性分析方法 ,该方法以定性的位置和形状为基本信息 ,通过分析零件的可移动性和移动方向 ,进行零件的装配
How to implement computer aided product disassemblability analysis in the phase of conceptual design without complete and quantitative information is addressed. At first, the products' features at the conceptual design phase are clarified, and a new concept of qualitative assembly model that describes assembly relations among components and qualitative shapes of the components is proposed. Then, a disassemblability analysis method is presented. By analyzing components' motion feasibility and motion directions based on the qualitative positions and shape relations, disassemblability analysis can be achieved.
