摘要
本文介绍一种小型农业信息系统快速开发工具SNMIS 3.0,论述了开发SNMIS 3.0的经验体会,并通过应用实例说明该工具的使用效果。
This thesis introduces the quickly development tool of small-scale agricultural information systemSNMIS 3.0,and discusses the purport of developping tool to the management information system. The author speaks of the experience in the course of the development ,at the same time, through some instance ,the author illustrates the result of the tool.
