摘要
随着社会经济的发展 ,城市的数量将会越来越多 ,规模将会越来越大。城市的安危关系到国家经济的兴衰和社会的稳定 ,而我国许多城市受到洪水威胁 ,一旦发生洪水将会造成严重的损失。本文通过对城市防洪存在的问题进行分析 。
With the developing of social economy, the quantity of cities will drastically become larger and the scope of one will increasingly become more spacious. The security of cities have an effect on state's prosperity and depression, social stability. But many cities in China are menaced by flood, It will do severe harm to us once flood breaks out. This article analyzes the existing problems about prevent or control of flood from attacking cities and come up with strategy prevent or control of flood, engineering measures and non engineering measures and so on in order to discuss profoundly.
