摘要
为研究中医芳香辟秽、化痰开窍法在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的临床意义 ,选择了 6 7例临床确诊为脑梗塞的患者进行了随机分组对照研究。治疗组使用醒脑静注射液 ,对照组使用丹参注射液。治疗 2周前后进行血浆内皮素 (ET) ,肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF_α) ,一氧化氮 (NO)水平测定。结果发现治疗组各项指标在治疗后均较对照组有显著的差异。证明了中医芳香辟秽、化痰开窍法在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效 ,是通过多种途径 ,起到神经元保护作用 ;这为我们今后研究中医药防治由缺血再灌注诱导的脑神经细胞凋亡提供了思路。
Cases of acute cerebral infarction were included in a study for investigating the effects of TCM therapy of dispelling turbidness by aromatic drugs and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation on acute cerebral infarction. The patients were randomly divided into groups according to the single blind controlled design. The treating group was given Xingnao Injection and the controlled group was given Danshen Injection; and the levels of plasmatic ET, TNF α and NO were measured before and after the treatment. The results showed that compared with those in the controlled group, the levels of the above mentioned three criteria significantly decreased in the treating group ( P <0 05), which implies that TCM therapy of dispelling turbidness by aromatic drugs and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation plays a role of protecting neurons in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
