摘要
分析了现行铁路工程工费标准及降效系数等有关规定对青藏铁路格拉段工程的适用性,并采用类比分析法及实际测算法等不同方法,对工费标准及降效系数进行了初步探讨。
The paper gives an analysis on the adaptability of the provisions concerning the current cost standards and efficiency - reduction factors to Golmud - Lhasa section of Qinghai - Tibet Railway, and makes an initial exploration into the cost standard and efficiency - reduction factor with different methods such as analogy analysis and actual calculation.
