摘要
21世纪,随着中国加入WTO,我国的医院将面临着前所未有的挑战,医疗卫生市场的垄断格局将会彻底打破,营利性医院和非营利性医院之间的竞争,公立医院和私立医院之间的竞争,国内医院与国外投资医院之间的竞争必将越来越激烈。在这种形势下,医院只有科学地整合防止医院下滑的止动力——管理,促进医院发展的上升力——创新,持续为医院输入能量的源动力——人才,三力合一,才能使医院的可持续发展得到保证,在激烈的医疗市场竞争中积极稳固地发展。
In the 21 st century, following china entry into WTO will face an unprecedenttedly challenge. A competition between the profit and the non - profit hospital, 'the public and the private hospital. 'A combination of home and fiercely advent of foreign - invested hospital means that the medical and health market of monopoly structure will completely be brokd. Only scientific integration should be conscientionsly strengthened to prevent the hospital downturn. Promote the hospital develop, comt-inued import energy'scientific management' , 'technolgical innovation', 'talented human resources' to bring about a great advance in medical and health marker.
