国产抗孕激素ZK98.734对大鼠胚胎及子宫蜕膜发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探讨国产ZK98.734抗着床及抗早孕作用的机制 ,本文应用SD大鼠为实验对象 ,观察了ZK98.734对早孕胚胎发育、子宫内膜 /蜕膜发育的影响。结果显示 :(1)肌注 5mg/kg体重的ZK98.734可明显抑制胚胎生长发育 ,胚胎体积明显变小 ,部分胚胎细胞出现溶解坏死 ;(2 ) 5mg/kg体重的ZK98.734可抑制子宫内膜 /蜕膜发育 ,使早期妊娠大鼠子宫内膜变薄 ,重量明显减轻 ,蜕膜中腺体发育不良 ,腺腔分泌物减少 ,间质细胞分化受抑制。表明ZK98.734可通过作用于子宫内膜孕酮受体 ,阻滞子宫内膜 /蜕膜正常发育成熟 。 To investigate the mechanisms of lilopristone (ZK98.734) on anti-early pregnacy, we studied the effects of ZK98.734 on the development of embryo and endometrium /decidua in Sprague-Dawley rats. The results showed: (1) ZK98.734 (5mg/kg) could obviously inhibit embryo development. The size of embryo became smaller, part of the cells in the embryo appeared lysis and necrosis. (2) ZK98.734 (5mg/kg) could inhibit the development of endometrium /decidua of embryo in early pregnacy rats. Endometrium became thinner and lighter. the secretion of glands obviously decreased, the differentiation of interstitial cell was inhibited. These results suggested that ZK98.734 might play effects of anti-implantation and anti-early pregnacy by inhibiting the development of endometrium /decidua, following the progesterone receptor of endometrium was blocked in rats.
