摘要
目的 :观察巴曲抗栓酶治疗老年人突发性聋的疗效。方法 :治疗组 38例老年人突聋采用巴曲抗栓酶治疗 ,首次 10BU静脉滴注 ,以后减为 5BU ,隔日一次 ,4次为一疗程。对照组 30例采用低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml加复方丹参30ml静脉滴注 ,每日一次 ,10次为一疗程。同时辅以ATP、VitB1及高压氧治疗。结果 :治疗组有效率为 78.9% ,明显高于对照组 (5 3.3% ) ,两组疗效有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时对耳鸣、眩晕等伴随症状亦有明显改善。结论 :巴曲抗栓酶治疗老年突发性聋安全 ,可靠 ,无明显副作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of batroxobin(DF 521)in treatment of sudden deafnees in the elderly.Methods:38 cases of sudden deafnees in the experimental group were treated with batroxobin(DF 521),d 110BU,d3,d5,d7 with 5BU,iv drip.While 30 patients in the control group treated with diyou 500 ml and denshen 30 ml unit a day for ten days.At the same time also using ATP,VitB1 et al.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment in the experimental group is 78.9%,but in the control group is 53.3%.There was significent difference the two groups( P <0.05).The curative effect of the experimental group in treating verigo and tinnitus is better than the one of the control group.Conclusion:Batroxobin(DF 521) is safe and reliable in treating sudden deafness in the elderly and had not be founed any evident side effect.
