摘要
本试验利用光学显微镜观察了长富—2苹果(Malus pumilla Mill.)试管小植株、移栽于温室和田间的组培苗及一般田间植株四种类型植株叶片的解剖构造,并对各项观测指标进行生物统计。根据对叶片解剖构造观察结果,对造成不同类型植株叶片差异的原因以及试管苗移栽后叶片解剖结构逐渐向田间植株转化等问题进行了讨论。并指出,解剖构造不正常的试管苗移栽后有可能过渡为正常植株,进一步研究缩短过渡期,对提高移栽成活率有重要意义。
This study examined the leaf internal structure of apple(Mallus pu- milla Mill.),Comparisons were made between leaves formed in culture, produced by the regenerated plantlets after being transplant to greenhouse and field and those of growing in the fieid.According to the observation of leaf anatomy,the discussions were made about what caused the structu- ral differences of four kinds of leaves and how the transition of plantlets from culture to field proceeded.Finally,the author pointed out that the transition was possible from abnormal plantlets to ordinary ones.Persist ent study of shorten int the transition period is very important to increase the survival rate of transplants.
