摘要
目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔矫正术的疗效。方法 :采用鼻内窥镜手术 ,行鼻中隔矫正术。结果 :对 10 0例患者术后 6～ 78个月的疗效观察表明 ,该方法可安全、彻底地矫正鼻中隔偏曲 ,特别是高位、后段的鼻中隔偏曲 ,满意地改善患者的鼻腔通气 ,有效地控制鼻腔黏连的发生和减少鼻息肉、鼻窦炎的复发。结论 :该法与传统的鼻中隔矫正术比较 ,具有安全和疗效持久等优点 。
Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of resection nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy. Methods:Performing the resection of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy.Results:The observation of the outcome of 100 patients undergoing this operation after 6～78 months postoperation shows that this technique can resect the nasal septum deviation safety and completely, especially in the upper and posterior deviation, improve the nasal respiratory and reduce the occurrence of nasal cavity adhesion and the recurrence of nasal polyp and sinusitis. Conclusions:Performing the resection of the nasel septum deviation under nasal endoscopy, comparing this new method with the traditional one and discussing the safety and long-term curative effect of this new method. It is a good method for popularizing to clinician.
