摘要
目的 :总结我院 1 994— 2 0 0 0年双吻合器吻合法在直肠癌前切除术中应用的临床经验。方法 :回顾性分析 6年中采用该技术行直肠癌手术的 2 37例临床资料。结果 :所有患者均一次吻合成功。术后吻合口瘘1 5例 ( 6.33% ) ,吻合口梗阻 1例 ( 0 .42 % ) ,无手术死亡。结论 :双吻合器吻合方法在直肠癌前切除术中是一种安全可靠。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of double stapling device in anterior resection of rectal cancer. Methods:The results of this technique used in 237 cases with low rectal cancer were analysed retrospectively.Results:Operation on all the 237 patients was successful with no mortality.Complications included anastomotic fistula in 15 patients(6 33%),anastomotic stenosis in 7(2 95%),and anastomotic ileus in l(0 42%).Conclusion:Our experience showed that double stapling technique could provide a safe and effective alternative for anterior resection of rectal cancer.
