摘要
目的:探讨益气养阴活血法对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者免疫功能的影响。方法:采用益气养阴活血法对43例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的免疫学指标及相关指标进行治疗前后的观察测定。结果:益气养阴活血法不仅可显著改善患者红细胞C3b受体、血免疫复合物及T3、T4、T4/T8等T细胞亚群的功能,还可显著地改善Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂等。结论:提示益气养阴活血法可以增强机体的细胞免疫功能和抗病能力,防止并发症的发生和发展。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of immunity using Yi-Qi Yang-Ying and Huo-Xue treatment to the patients with 2-type diabetic mellitus. Methods: Using Yi-Qi Yang-Ying and Huo-Xue, we observed the four immunological marrnors and the relative markers of before and after treatment in 43 patients with 2-type diabetic mellitus. Results: It showed that the Yi-Qi Yang-Ying and Huo-Xue can not only decrease blood sugar, promote lipometabolism of patients with 2-DM, but also obviously promote the function of T lymphocye faciation of patients with 2-DM such as RBC-C3b, CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and so on. Conclusion:Yi-Qi Yang-Ying and Huo-Xue can strength the function of cell immune and the ability of resist disease of the body.
