Treatment of Wastewater from Bleaching in Paper Making by Immobilized Microorganism

摘要 将驯化6个月后所得的、对氯代芳香类有机物(AOX)具有高效降解作用的混合菌,用聚乙烯醇(PVA)包埋后,在厌氧条件下处理含AOX废水,并与自由菌液做比较。结果表明:固定化细胞的酶活性及AOX去除率均高于自由茵液,对温度和pH的适应范围较宽;菌体包埋量及反应液中湿菌含量是影响固定化细胞处理AOX废水酶活性的主要因素。在对造纸漂白废水为期1个月的连续处理试验表明,在停留时间为2.4h时,其去除率可稳定在65%~81%。 A mixed bacterium, which is highly effective in degrading chloro - aromatic organics (AOX), was obtained after 6 months of acclimation and was embedded with polyvinyl for the treatment of AOX - containing wastewater. A comparison was-made between this test and the test using free bacterial liquor. The result showed: the enzyme activity of immobilized cells was higher than that of free bacterial liquor and the AOX removal rate by immobilized cells was higher than by free bacterial liquor. In addition, immobilized cess were adaptable to wider temperature and pH ranges. The quantity of embedded bacteria and the content of wet bacteria in the reactant liquor were the major factors affecting the enzyme activity of immobilized cells in the treatment of AOX-containing wastewater. It was shown by a one - month continuous treatment test for the wastewater from bleaching in paper making that when the residence time is 2. 4 hours the removal rate can be stabilized at 65%-81%.
