摘要
本文针对目前在共价键法固定葡萄糖氧化酶传感器过程中,存在影响传感器稳定性的电极氧化和后处理两个问题,研究了铂电极的氧化方法和氧化程度对传感器稳定性的影响,优化了铂电极的氧化工艺;通过对比各种后处理方法对传感器稳定性影响的研究,采用新的电极通电后处理方法,制得了性能良好的传感器,使酶电极的稳定性显著提高,经连续测试15天,传感器的相对活性达到91%。
Two processes such as oxidation and post-treatment have influenced on sensor stability in the covalent immobilization of glucose sensor.In the present paper,the effect of oxidation method and oxidation extent of platium eletrode on the sensor stability was studied to optimize oxidation process of platium eletrode.Having studied the effect of various post-treatment on sensor stability,we used new eletrode post-treatment under a constant potential.The results show that glucose sensors with better performance have been fabricated and the stability of enzyme eletrode was improved significantly.Sensor activity still reaches 91% after continuous operation for 15 day.
