摘要
以实验室自制的三羟甲基己烷为原料,采用自制的特殊催化剂——负载杂多酸催化合成了三羟甲基己烷三庚酸酯,并利用正交设计实验确定了最佳酯化工艺条件:反应时间为120 min,反应温度为220 ℃,残压为0.02~0.04 MPa,催化剂质量分数为1.8%,庚酸与三羟甲基己烷的摩尔比为3.7。酯化率可达96.0%以上,催化剂可重复使用3次。最后通过产品质量检测及光谱分析,对目标产物进行了确证。
Trimethylolhexane triheptanoate was synthesized from self - prepared trimethylolhexane as raw material by using a kind of special self - prepared catalyst - carried heteropoly acid. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: time 120 min, temperature 220 ℃, weight percent of catalyst 1.8%, molar ratio of heptanoic acid to trimethylolhexane 3.7. The conversion reached over 96.0 % . Moreover, the catalyst could be used repeatedly about three times. The product was also characterized by quantity test and spectrum analysis.
