摘要
综述了基因打靶在对基因功能研究方法学上的进展,阐明目前已能达到在任意时刻、任意组织内剔除任意一个基因。
In this paper, the progress on gene function researching by gene targeting is reviewed. At present, biologist can knock out one gene within every tissue and every time in vivo.
