摘要
对在企业尤其是在高科技企业的实际筹建过程中,政府的职能、效率及运作方式做了一定的研究和探讨,使政府能从加快技术创新、体制创新、培育和完善风险投资机制等方面加强工作,培育适应高科技企业发展的良好环境。
During the time of the preparation for an enterprise particularly for the high tech enterprise,the writer have made some investment and research about the overnment role,effective and operation manners. The purpose of this article is to help the government fasten the speed of the technology innovation,operation system innovation and perfect the venture investment system, eventually create the complicated environment for the high technology industry.
