摘要
1998年汛期,嫩江流域、松花江干流发生了超历史纪录的特大洪水,波及吉林省西部6条江河。文中通过对此次洪水的水文情报预报,总结出了对预报有益的经验和方法,使吉林省获得减灾效益39.8亿元,其社会效益巨大。
In the 1998 flood season, an exceed history record outsize flood happened in the Nenjiang an Songhuajiang rivers basins, and the flood spread to 6 rivers in Jilin province west. Based on the hydrological information and forecasting of the flood witch obtained decreasing flood loss about 39.8 hundreds million Yuan and the tremendous societal benefits in Jilin province, the paper summarizes some beneficial experiences and methods in allusion to flood forecasting.
