摘要
126个血管瘤标本在病理分期的基础上进行肥大细胞计数。发现增生期血管瘤的肥大细胞均数明显高于消退期血管瘤(P<0.01)。各期血管瘤的肥大细胞随患儿年龄而变化。作者强调小儿血管瘤的自然消退,并对肥大细胞在消退过程中的作用进行探讨。
Mast cell count was performed in 126 specimens of hemangioma in different phases. The mean number of mast cells in proliferative phase(23.10±9.06)was greater than thatin regressive phase(5.16±3.24),P<0.01.The number of mast cells in various phases ofhemangiomas varied inversely with different age groups.The effect of mast cells in theregression of hemangioma is discussed.
